Wilmette Festival of Fine Arts
The 20th Wilmette Festival of Fine Arts will be held Sept. 12 and 13 at the Metra Station (Lake Avenue and Green Bay Road) in Wilmette. Over 85 fine artists and craftsmen will be on hand displaying and selling their works. The Children’s Art Tent will have plenty of activities and fun for kids of all ages. Music will be provided by the Evanston School of Rock, Sheryl and Tom Duet, Jim Kendross Ancient Instruments, and many others. Festival hours are 10am-5pm Saturday and Sunday. Well behaved dogs are welcome, too.

This event could not have been the enormous success that it was without Sheryl and Tom Band’s enthusiastic and delightful performance. We had 25,000 runners and record number of spectators plus tons of positive feedback from the racing community regarding the music. We know it’s a big sacrifice to wake up so early and get energized but the Chicago music community really delivered!
We hope the experience was fun for all and that you would consider returning for next year’s event. We will be in touch next spring to begin coordinating entertainment for the 2011 race.

October 26, 2009 “We just wanted to send a BIG THANK YOU to you and the musician friends that played at the Our Lady of the Angels recent 50th Class Reunion. As you could see, we had a terrific time and there's no doubt that your music was what pushed the success of the reunion over the top.
